Ordered a bracelet for a Shark third week of December. It arrived within the time frame I was given. It tracks the shark when it surfaces. Unfortunately; that isn’t often. I plan on buying a Polar bear bracelet. Want to see if there is more tracking activity with a land animal.

For Christmas, I ordered 3 bracelets. 2 turtles and 1 elephant. One turtle card worked. One card did not work. The elephant bracelet did not come with a card and I had to email your company, and received an emailed copy of a card. To which, that elephant card did not work.
The elephant bracelet was for my mother and she liked it,, even though the tracker card did not work. The turtle tracker that didn’t work was for my niece and I felt very bad, so I thought that I would “try” out the monthly subscription to possibly have the ability to get her bracelets with the HOPE of a tracker that actually WORKED! HA HA HA HA HA I was WRONG!!! The shark that she received in January, does not work. I ordered 6 bracelets. All came in within 3 weeks and in plenty of time for Christmas. The gift recipients loved them, and thought it was quite unique. The cards were all different. They all worked. How ever one animals tracking never moved. Since this the animal (sea turtle) has disappeared off our lists. Hopefully the tracker just fell off. I just really hope most of the money is going to wild life conservation
